Below are details, links, and critical information for people who work or live in the City of Paso Robles to join the Priority List and in preparation for your in-person Sales Appointment with a Community Representative at Nevina!

STEP 1: MARK YOUR CALENDARS & CHECK YOUR EMAIL


On Thursday, August 22nd at 11am PDT you will receive an email with a link to join the Priority List

STEP 2: Fill Out The Priority List Form


Click the link in the email or on the website, fill out the information and hit “SUBMIT”

As soon as you receive the link you will want to fill out the Priority List form, this simple form is easy to complete and should take just a few minutes

Your place on the Priority List is determined by time of submission.

STEP 3: GET READY FOR YOUR SALES APPOINTMENT CALL!


Starting the week of September 3rd, our Community Representatives will start reaching out to guests in the order they have signed up, to schedule Sales Appointments where you will learn how you can purchase a home at this incredible new 55+ community!

Joining the Priority List will be your chance to purchase a homesite in the first release at Nevina and enjoy pre-opening pricing - be sure to mark your calendar, save the date, and don’t forget!

STEP 4: GET PRE-QUALIFIED


Once you have made your in-person appointment with a Community Representative it will be time to get pre-qualified. Your Community Representative will share the link to get pre-qualified.

Here is what to expect during the pre-qualification process:

  • Plan for about 30-45 minutes to complete the loan application. 

  • There are several documents you will need to upload while filling out this application. The link you will receive lists all the specific documents required.

  • When you're ready to start the application Click the "Apply Now" Button located at the bottom of the application page.

Step 5: ATTEND YOUR SALES APPOINTMENT


  • Spend dedicated time with a Community Representative to discuss the following:

  • Private In-Person Tour of the future Nevina™ Wellness Social Club™ construction site and the homesites in the first homesite release

  • Review your top floorplans and get answers to any questions you have about structural options

  • Learn about the planned Boutique Club and amenities coming to Nevina

  • Review the fees and community-specific documents and discuss any questions you may have

Current Pricing is ONLY Valid on the Day of Your Sales Appointment, Please Come Prepared to Purchase Your New Home!
 

Step 6: Other Considerations


  • At this time, non-contingent buyers will be prioritized over contingent buyers so if you have a home to sell, you’ll want to engage a broker and get it listed now

  • Moving can be challenging so start to put plans in place, talk with family and friends who can help

  • Your scheduled Sales Appointment will be your chance to purchase a homesite in the first release at Nevina and enjoy pre-opening pricing - Mark your calendar, save the date, and don’t forget!

PLEASE NOTE: If you live in a state with anti-solicitation regulations or registration requirements that we have not met (AK, AZ, CT, HI, ID, IA, KY, MS, MN, NE, NV, NJ, NY, ND, OR, PA, RI, SD, BC, MB, NL, SK), you  will not receive follow up information once you sign up. Once our Sales Center opens, you may physically visit, at which point we can then share more details and any available opportunities for you to purchase
