What is UTour?
The new UTour option for Shea Homes allows you to tour model homes after regular business hours. Ideal for homebuyers who work during the day, this option offers you the opportunity to tour a model at a time that works best for your schedule. UTour is available for model homes and we recommend signing up for a door code to tour to get the best sense of this collection.

How to schedule your UTour
Begin by browsing the Crescendo Collection at Stepping Stone™. Next, click on the “Schedule My Self-Tour” button that appears on the page. Alternatively, head directly to our UTour available models to view the model homes with a self-guided tour option available. We highly recommend scheduling tours at all three model homes during the same visit to Stepping Stone.

How to Prepare for your self-guided Crescendo Collection tour
Each UTour slot gives you an hour to view the model home at your own pace. During the sign-up process, you’ll receive a code that you’ll need to open the door to the home. Remember that you’ll need one unique door code for each model you’d like to tour. Arrive anytime during your chosen timeframe, enter the access password, and tour the floorplan! As an after-hours service, these are self-guided sessions without Shea Homes’ representatives present.
