Trilogy at Ocala Preserve Named Top Active Lifestyle Community

We couldn’t be more excited to share that Trilogy® at Ocala Preserve has been recognized as one of the best new active adult communities of the year by 55 Places. We were in great company alongside our sister property Trilogy at Wickenberg Ranch and one of only three communities in Florida to receive this honor.

In the article, 55 Places praised Trilogy at Ocala Preserve’s groundbreaking architectural design, indoor-outdoor living spaces and luxurious standard features. Our residents enjoy energy-efficient features and a convenient lifestyle: lawn care, street light maintenance, Club upkeep and resort amenities are included in their competitive homeowners’ association fee. Once the Tom Lehman-designed golf course opens later this year, greens fees will also be included for Trilogy homeowners.

Ocala’s quiet, scenic beauty was also a major factor for the award, according to 55 Places. We couldn’t agree more: we’ve left much of Central Florida’s natural splendor intact while planning the community. Once complete, 21 miles of walking trails and 950 protected live oaks will weave throughout our 623 acres of land. We enjoy the best Central Florida has to offer here year-round, from arts, culture, and boutique shopping in the historic downtown square, to kayaking, fishing, equestrian activities and hiking. The first phase of our community is now open, and features a clubhouse with a café, The Trilogy Marketplace, fitness center with group classes, a tour center, and a model home gallery. The public is welcome to get a taste of The Good Life at the Marketplace, open every day except Tuesdays.

Our second phase of amenities is in full swing: additional model homes and a Tom-Lehman designed golf course are set to be complete in late 2015, and ground has been broken on a second clubhouse.
