Shea Homes® Houston Wins Builder of the Year

The Greater Houston Builders Association™ (GHBA) has named Shea Homes® the 2024 Builder of the Year. Shea Homes® received the award at the GHBA Installation Celebration on Saturday, January 18th, 2025.
Every year, the GHBA honors six members for their outstanding work and service to the community and to the association throughout the year. A team of judges consisting of the last five winners of each of these awards, along with the GHBA president and CEO, convene to discuss the candidates and choose the next recipient for each of the awards.
“Shea has demonstrated outstanding support for GHBA,” said 2025 GHBA President Adam Aschmann.
Since building its first homes in Houston in 2015, Shea Homes® has been involved with the GHBA. In October of 2024, the GHBA honored Shea Homes® with six PRISM Awards, and recognized Shea Homes® associate Rebecca Summers as the GHBA Sales & Marketing Council Board Member of the Year.
